Terrace Construction, Inc is a full service home builder in Minnesota. From design development to construction and delivery, we take pride in working with our design and building partners to deliver on the desires and dreams of our clients.
Land Development
Terrace Companies actively acquires, entitles, and develops land into new neighborhoods to create the inventory of home sites for our home building clients as well as for other home building partners. In addition to developing land for our own inventory, we engage with other landowners and real estate investors to act as a land development partner. Being a small, entrepreneurial firm, we have the flexibility and creativity to act quickly to take advantage of opportunities on behalf of our investment partners. We are well versed in the development regulations in the state and local communities in order to help create the maximum utility from a parcel of land. Brokerage
Terrace Companies, through Terrace Realty Partners, LLC also offers real estate brokerage services in addition to land development and home building. We do not act as a selling agent for any entity or asset other than those that we have an ownership interest, this allows us to focus our attention on servicing our partners in selling our mutual real estate assets and then acting as a buy side agent to correctly acquire land for our own projects as well as those of our partner clients.
