Originally formed in 2009, Terrace Companies and its principals have had the privilege of working with some of the preeminent real estate investment, development and home building firms in Minnesota. Terrace Companies then evolved into creating real estate development and home building partnerships as well as developing and building new homes in its own projects. 

Within the Terrace Family of Companies, we are a land developer for new residential communities;  a Minnesota licensed home builder with Terrace Construction, Inc. (MN Builders Lic. #BC749469) and a Minnesota licensed real estate broker with Terrace Realty Partners, LLC.  With over 25 years of experiences in the real estate development, investment and home building arena, we look forward to partnering our clients with our team of design and building professionals to solve their real estate development and housing needs.

For over 25 years, Tim has held leadership roles in land development, home building and real estate investment and financing firms and holds a BS in Construction Administration and a Master’s in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics, both from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. All of these experiences provided the foundation for the evolution and expansion of Terrace Companies.
