Deer Haven is a small infill neighborhood consisting of three new homes and located one mile south of Downtown Excelsior.  Deer Haven is an enclave of custom single-family homes serviced by a private cul-de-sac and is one of the very few opportunities for new construction homes in a private neighborhood setting within the Minnetonka School District.  The new homes in the community will be custom designed and range from $1.4 Million to $1.7 Million.  We are actively taking reservations for the project.
