In a partnership with Schaefco Development, LLC, Abbott Urban Villas is a two-unit infill townhome project located in the highly desired Linden Hills neighborhood of Southwest Minneapolis. The project utilized acquisition, entitlement, and development services.  A project created from the city of Minneapolis’ 2040 Plan initiative, which allowed the development of up to three-unit residential structures on single family zoned properties, the townhome building meets all of the requirements of a single-family zoned structure but contains two separate units each including four bedrooms and over 3,000 square feet of livable space.  Unique and creative space planning was used to include an expanded lower-level entertainment space with an above exterior deck, in addition, a rooftop terrace is accessed by an automated roof access window.  The images depicted here are reproduced with the permission of Schaefco Development, LLC.
