In a partnership with Schaefco Development, LLC, Lake House is an urban infill, four-unit mixed use condominium development in downtown Excelsior, MN.  The Project was fully sold prior to starting construction.  The project utilized acquisition, entitlement and development services.    Lake House will provide luxury condominium living in a highly desired urban community nestled on the shores of Lake Minnetonka.  The images depicted here are reproduced with the permission of Schaefco Development, LLC.
