In a partnership with Schaefco Development, LLC, St Louis Urban Villas is a three-unit infill townhome project located just south of Cedar Lake in Southwest Minneapolis.  The project utilized entitlement, and development services.  A project created from the city of Minneapolis’ 2040 Plan initiative, which allowed the development of up to three-unit residential structures on single family zoned properties, the townhome building meets all of the requirements of a single-family zoned structure but contains three separate units each including four bedrooms and over 2,500 square feet of livable space.  Unique and creative space planning was used to include a master bedroom and bathroom suite in the attic level to achieve full housing utility.  The images depicted here are reproduced with the permission of Schaefco Development, LLC.
